At House of Netra, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with love and care. We hope you treasure your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

• You may return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order.
   
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
   
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or faulty.
   
• To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@houseofnetrajewels.com with your order number and details.

Exchanges

• We’re happy to exchange an item for another design or size within 14 days of delivery.
   
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
   
• Please contact us before sending any item back so we can assist you with the process.
   

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm by email.
   
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• We take great care in packaging each order, but if your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
   
• Include your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Non-returnable Items

• Custom-made, personalized, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
